Please note that you can contact the RSS team directly from ScholarOne to request their assistance on a manuscript. Instructions to do so are as follows:

Navigate to the relevant manuscript and open the Hyperlink email option by clicking on any hyperlinked name 
A pop-up will appear. It will already be populated with an email template. At the top right corner, you’ll see the option to 'Select Alternate Template’. Click on the down arrow to open the drop-down menu
Scroll down and click on 'RSS - Request to find reviewers’
The drop-down menu will disappear and 'RSS – Request to find reviewers’ will be visible in the box. Click 'Go’.
A warning pop up box will appear. Click 'Ok’ to proceed
The 'RSS – Request to find reviewers’ email will now appear in the pop up and all data will be auto populated. You can add additional text to this email if you’d like to share any extra details or instructions by just clicking in the box at the appropriate place and typing.
To send the message, click on 'Save and Send’ and the bottom.
